JACKSONVILLEThe Jaguars kept leaning heavy offense late Saturday.
That meant continuing to lean into the wide receiver position, selecting the position with back-to-back selections in Round 6.
CJ Williams, a wide receiver from Stanford University, on Saturday was selected by the Jaguars No. 203 overall in the 2026 NFL Draft the 22nd selection of Round 6. The Jaguars selected Baylor wide receiver Josh Cameron earlier in Round 6.
Williams (6-feet-0, 203 pounds) played 2025 at Stanford, 2023-2024 at Wisconsin and 2022 at Southern California. He was an honorable mention All-Atlantic Coast Conference in 2025.
He caught 94 career collegiate passes for 1,179 yards and eight touchdowns, including 59 receptions for 749 yards and six touchdowns in 2025.
Williams became the second player from Stanford by the Jaguars in the NFL Draft, the first since offensive tackle Walker Little (Round 2) in 2021.
The Jaguars have two selections remaining in the '26 draft: No. 233 overall (Round 7) and No. 240 overall (Round 7).
The Jaguars earlier in the draft selected Texas A&M tight end Nate Boerkircher (No. 56 overall, Round 2), Texas A&M defensive tackle Albert Regis (No. 81 overall, Round 3), Oregon guard Emmanuel Pregnon (No. 88 overall, Round 3), Maryland safety Jalen Huskey (No. 100 overall, Round 3), Duke edge Wesley Williams (No. 119 overall, Round 4), Houston tight end Tanner Koziol (No. 164 overall, Round 5) and Baylor wide receiver Josh Cameron (191 overall, Round 6).
The Jaguars did not have a selection in Thursday's Round 1, having traded the selection to move up and select wide receiver/cornerback Travis Hunter No. 2 overall (Round 1) in the 2025 NFL Draft.
