Rajkot (Gujarat) [India], August 10: Captain Polyplast Limited (CPL, BSE: 536974), one of the leading manufacturer and exporter of micro irrigation solutions, and has diversified its operations into the fast-paced solar EPC and polymer markets, has reported its Unaudited financials for Q1 FY27.
Key Consolidated Financial Highlights
Q1 FY27:
- Total Income of 81.66 Cr, YoY growth of 16.29%
- EBITDA of 9.86 Cr, YoY growth of 26.69%
- EBITDA Margin of 12.07%, YoY growth of 99 Bps
- Net Profit of 4.66 Cr, YoY growth of 8.46%
- Net Profit Margin of 5.71%
- EPS of 0.78, YoY growth of 6.85%
Commenting on the performance Mr. Ritesh Khichadia, a Whole Time Director of Captain Polyplast Limited said, 'Q1 FY27 was marked by several important operational milestones for Captain Polyplast. We commenced production at our new 70,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility near Ahmedabad, Gujarat, strengthening our manufacturing capacity, enhancing backward integration and improving operational efficiencies. During the quarter, we also secured an order worth 11.8 crore from MSEDCL for 500 solar pumps under the PM-KUSUM Scheme, further strengthening our Solar EPC business and execution track record in large-scale solar pumping projects. In addition, the Company's listing on the National Stock Exchange, effective 23 July 2026, enhances our market visibility, investor accessibility and liquidity.These operational developments were complemented by healthy financial performance during the quarter. Total Income registered a 16.29% YoY growth, while EBITDA increased 26.69% YoY, with EBITDA margin improving by 99 bps to 12.07%, reflecting better operating efficiencies and cost optimisation. Net Profit grew 8.46% YoY during the quarter.Going forward, we remain focused on ramping up our new manufacturing facility, expanding our Solar EPC presence and leveraging opportunities across the micro-irrigation and renewable energy segments to drive sustainable growth and create long-term value for our stakeholders.'

In FY26 (Consolidated), Captain Polyplast Limited reported Total Income of 419.75 Cr, EBITDA of 46.32 Cr, and a net profit of 27.78 Cr.
