Evan Mobley scored a season-high 27 points and Jarrett Allen had 25 points and 11 rebounds as the visiting Cleveland Cavaliers rolled to a 136-111 victory over the Milwaukee Bucks on Saturday night.
Donovan Mitchell added 15 points and James Harden had 13 points and seven assists for Cleveland, which earned its first road win in three tries this season. Its largest lead was 112-76 early in the fourth quarter.
Kel'el Ware had 19 points and 10 rebounds, and Tyler Herro scored 15 points on 5-of-18 shooting as Milwaukee lost its second straight and fifth of six games to start the season. Both players were acquired in the July trade that sent superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo to the Miami Heat.
Mobley poured in 13 points in the second quarter, when Cleveland outscored Milwaukee 48-21 to build a 72-46 advantage at the half.
The Cavaliers shot 62.2% over the first two quarters with Allen scoring 19 of his season-high total in the period. The former All-Star center posted his 250th career double-double.
Cleveland rookie Meleek Thomas returned from a one-game absence due to right foot soreness with 13 points. Mario Hezonja had eight points and 11 rebounds off the bench.
Milwaukee first-round pick Nate Ament made 6 of 8 shots to tally 14 points. Kyle Kuzma and Brayden Burries also had 14 points apiece.
The Cavaliers are 4-1 since losing their opener at the Philadelphia 76ers.
Cleveland pulled in front as soon as the second quarter began with seldom-used guards Craig Porter Jr. and Tyrese Proctor dictating the tempo.
Herro had nine points in the first quarter, when Milwaukee led by as many as six on a Kasparas Jakucionis 3-pointer and ended it with a 25-24 advantage. Allen scored 10 in the quarter for the Cavaliers.
Cleveland forward Jaylon Tyson, one of their first two men off the bench, sat out with a sprained right ankle. Only seven Cavaliers have appeared in each of the team's first six games.
