New Delhi [India], August 21: Korea Industry Expo (KoINDEX) 2026, a business-to-business trade exhibition hosted by the Government of Gyeonggi Province, Republic of Korea, will be held from 27 to 29 August 2026 at Hall 1C, Yashobhoomi (India International Convention and Expo Centre), Dwarka Sector 25, New Delhi. The exhibition is supported by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Resources and the Ministry of SMEs and Startups of the Republic of Korea, with the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) as Industry Partner.
Now in its second edition, KoINDEX 2026 brings together approximately 80 Korean manufacturers and exporters occupying 106 booths across three sectors.
Three specialised shows under one roof
KoINDEX 2026 is structured as three sector-specific exhibitions running concurrently:
* BeautySUM India -- skincare and functional cosmetics, beauty devices, hair and personal care, cosmetic ingredients and packaging* FoodIndx -- processed foods, health functional foods, beverages, fermented products, and food processing and packaging equipment* KOREA BUILD in India -- construction and building materials, construction technology and equipment, building services, and fire and disaster safety The 2026 edition concentrates on the three sectors that recorded the strongest commercial results at the inaugural exhibition in 2024, moving from a broad multi-sector format to a focused industry showcase.
Inaugural ceremony and Korea-India Economic and Trade Cooperation Forum
The inaugural ceremony takes place on 27 August from 10:40, followed by the Indo-Korea Economic and Trade Cooperation Forum from 11:05, organised with the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA) and the Korea International Trade Association (KITA). Senior representatives of the Korean and Indian governments, industry associations and participating companies are expected to attend.
Pre-matched buyer meetings and certification guidance
Throughout the three days, participating companies will hold one-to-one export consultations with Indian and South Asian buyers, drawn from local project owners, EPC contractors, distributors and wholesalers, e-commerce platforms and food distribution companies. Buyer recruitment is conducted in cooperation with KOTRA New Delhi and Indian industry bodies.
A separate seminar on Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) certification will be conducted by Korea Testing Laboratory (KTL), addressing certification and market-entry requirements for Korean products entering the Indian market.
Institutional support
KoINDEX 2026 is delivered with the backing of several Korean public institutions. Gyeonggi Province provides direct participation support to companies based in the province. The Association of Korea Exhibition Industry (AKEI) supports the exhibition under its national programme for Korean-organised trade exhibitions. A dedicated Export Consortium pavilion is operated in partnership with the Korea Federation of SMEs (KBIZ) under the Export Consortium programme of the Ministry of SMEs and Startups.
Building on 2024
At its first edition in November 2024, KoINDEX drew 233 exhibiting companies and some 14,000 visitors, generating 5,993 business meetings and approximately USD 417 million in recorded consultation value. Across the three sectors continuing into 2026, the 2024 exhibition produced USD 170.5 million in consultation value in construction, USD 60.3 million in beauty and USD 32.2 million in food.
